Reached out to see if i could hire them receptionist seemed very uninterested in what i had to say, stated she would call me back. Never did. It gave discrimnatory vibes. I was able to get another lawyer that says i have a strong case. Would not recommend, when going through hard times and looking for lawyers the least you can be is nice when you answer the phone or find another job.

I was told by Ms. Citrin,in June, she could not help me with my case. She wished me good luck, withdrawing. Days later the paralegal phoned asking me "When my home was delivered?" I then reached back out to Ms. Citrin thinking she had changed her mind, she was going to help me after all. The paralegal phoned me telling me to "Stop contacting Ms. Citrin, she could not help me with my case, wished me good luck". I was confused. There was a lack of communication. When I returned home in August, after my dad passed. I had received a letter from Ms. Citrin giving me a deadline to contact her, she could help me with my case. I didn't respond to the letter because the deadline had expired. I started looking for other attorneys to help me but no one would help me. I'm sorry for the communication problem however Citrin Law firm could have handle the process much better. I wished I could've spoken to Ms. Citrin directly about the communication problem we where all having. I heard she's a great attorney.

The best attorney I've ever experienced in legal and moral issues. Makes you very comfortable can definitely TRUST her and staff whole heartedly, puts more than a 100% of effort towards representing clients. Genuinely cares for what is right. Not many human beings in the world that would treat you FAIR I can honestly say she treats the Thompson family good great! VALUE and trust her opinion will not lead you wrong.
