If there was an option to select more stars I would, Tank has helped me in so many ways, even at my lowest point. I was difficult to talk to .. He is a great person,he will fight and do the job..Ms.Barbara I love dearly and the Lady that has taken Ms.Barbara place is very nice only have meet her in person once she took care of what I needed done.

Warning to anyone considering hiring attorney Tank Dasinger in Daphne, AL. My experience with Mr. Dasinger has been a disaster, marked by negligence, dishonesty, and unethical practices. No written contracts: His office openly admitted on multiple occasions that they "don't provide written contracts" outlining the attorney-client terms and expectations. This alone should be a massive red flag for anyone. Bait-and-switch fees: He told me my case would be handled for a flat-rate fee. Then, after deliberately delaying progress, he came back demanding more money because it was "taking longer than expected." No accountability on payments: Despite repeated requests, I never received receipts for cash payments. Including money he personally took and pocketed. He also refused to provide itemized billing statements, so there's no way to know how my money was being used. Failure to protect my case: He ignored my requests for proof that crucial evidence had been sent to opposing counsel. When I pressed him, he abruptly withdrew from my case without my consent, leaving me in a worse position than before. Unprofessional office conduct: His staff consistently dodged accountability, covering for his refusal to provide documentation or clarity. This is not an attorney who cares about his clients, the law, or even basic professionalism. His entire operation is built on deception, delay, and squeezing more money out of desperate clients. I have filed a formal complaint with the Alabama State Bar, and I strongly caution anyone against hiring him. He will take your money, delay your case, and leave you with nothing.

Tank has saved me multiple times. He is very honest about what you need to do, and doesn't sugar coat it. I like a lawyer that will be real with me so I'm not blind sided. He has been my attorney for going on three years now, (hopefully won't need him again lol) but I recommend to so many people I know.

I cannot say enough about Tank and Barbara! They made the hardest time of my life much easier. Super responsive, listens to your wants/needs, and makes you feel very comfortable. Tank really cares about his clients and it shows! Barbara has gone above and beyond for me and I'm so grateful for her. Best office hands down!

Highly recommend, wonderful paralegal on his side too.
