My family has used this firm for years. Any time we had questions or needed advice, they have been there. Mary and the other members of Drake supported me throughout my case after my car wreck. Please , please. Listen to me and do NOT get this lawyer. Especially if you've no clue what you're doing legally like I did. I've NEVER seen such bad communication, ESPECIALLY with someone that's supposed to be representing you legally. I have called this office crying because something so drastic happened in my case and they told me they'd get him to call me and he NEVER did. I don't remember the last time I even talked to him in person. !!He missed an important case meeting of mine which hurt my case. !! please don't do it. You need someone that communicates well and will stand beside you legally, AND DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEYRE GOING TO DO!!!!! At every step!!! My case would've already been over had he actually paid it any ACTUAL ATTENTION. all he ever did at court hearings was stand and say two words!!!!!! Because of his total carelessness I have to jump through many more hoops because HE DID NOT DO HIS JOB. I heard a few good things about him and I called a few times for advice before I had gotten him.... And after he became my lawyer, he didn't help me as much which is insane. BUT ITS ONLY TO GET CLIENTS AND THEN HE STANDS THERE . Get a lawyer that communicates with you at every step of your case !!!!!! And actually cares about your case! **watch out for reviews, his wife wrote a 5 star one I guess trying to get the reviews up some years ago.**

Tommy represented us in a custody dispute - Communication was the worst communication I've ever experienced. Always had to call for updates. Was never informed on any motions being filed. Never won a single motion when we went to court over the course of 2 years. Took our money but did nothing for us. I would not recommend Tommy
