He was appointed to my brother's case I have spoken with the lady in the office the answers the phone. I finally got to speak with Mr Hastings once he told me he would be filing paperwork that we needed. I have never heard from him nor his office. I have been trying to get ahold to them for almost 3 months the phone will just ring send you to a voicemail that is full and you cannot leave a message before it was saying full I have left countless messages. Leaving no other option but for my brother to write to the courthouse and we were also given the address to report the non-communication with a client. I'm not a horrible person I do not want to do this but they have left no option

Be very weary of calling an looking to hire him.Nothing against the man himself,But the girl at the front counter listened to my information happen to know me and my Ex and hung up on me after she got info an went an snitched me out.Then after I tried to call she avoided all of my calls.She prevented me from hiring him.

To be honest this man assured me a dismissal on my ticket and came thru I was going to put 3 stars but I think he deserve the 5 because he got the job done that was promised. Took some time u have to be on it because his a very busy attorney. But do not doubt I was in full doubt until I found court and verified everything. Just keep calling and emailing, I know when u have your hands full things tend to get forgotten. But dps hits us hard like me in Cullman county he was going for a level one inspection and I passed with flying colors. All sweaty and mad he got me for improper lane change just for touching the white shoulder line. Mr Hasting set charge up front wasn't to much communication but got job done now I finally get to send my company my dismissal and have my clean record back. So don't hesitate u get a ticket give him a call explain your situation he will tell u how to go forget those monthly lawyers go straight to the source. The woman at the front with the curly hair was polite, professional, and so incredibly helpful. I believe her name was Suzette. Not very many people like that now days.

My calls never got returned, very few of my questions got answered, he wouldn't put in motions that I asked him to or subpoena dhr records that I repeatedly requested. He wasn't even putting in the bare minimum effort and it was abundantly clear that my case was not important to him at all. I ended up dropping him as a lawyer and representing myself because why pay a lawyer if I'm having to do their job for them.
