Atty Rhy Battles is amazing. He went above and beyond when it came to explaining my rights and my options he answered every question I had to the best of his knowledge without using wish-wash responses and he was ready to take whatever course of action I wanted. When I asked his opinion on how I should handle things, he gave me his honest opinion, as if I were a family member, I took his advice and it worked out the best for me. I ultimately finished up what little Probation I had and am in the process of having things expunged and Pardoned. After months of trying to work with them they pretty much continued to blow us off. We had a meeting scheduled one day and when I arrived no one would answer the door and tried to hide until we went away. After finally getting them to complete what was asked of them we tried for another 6 months to get our records and documents back and continued to not receive these items back. Defiantly do not recommend.

Mr. O'Neal was court appointment for my son. Did not give him the information he needed about what to do next. When I reached out to the Community Corrections officer to get the information he was NOT surprised that Mr. O'Neal was his attorney. He said and I quote, "That doesn't surprise me, Mr. O'Neal is batting a thousand". I would not recommend this attorney.
