I'm in the middle of trying to close on a home as the seller. I did not choose this firm, and never will. This is the worst closing experience I've had by far with delays and poor communication. We were supposed to close on 3/22, but as of 4/5 they still haven't given us a new date. Caveat emptor. Will update based on closing experience whenever that happens. Update: The in-office experience was good and efficient without any problems, and for that, I'll raise my original rating. But, I stand by my opinion that this form needs to improve the timeliness and accuracy of their pre-closing communications.
