We always revived excellent service from Wayne Fuller. We used him several years ago to obtain custody of my husband's kids from his ex wife and he was amazing. We recently adopted and sadly during the process Wayne Fuller passed away. His office staff and partner still took great care of us!! Dan Willingham was very friendly and handled the rest of our adoption process with no problems. We highly recommend this law firm for any of your family court needs!

I had a meeting with Mr. Carter on June 28th he said if I haven't heard from him the Friday after the 4th of July to call him.He took my paperwork from the contractor and the insurance company.Well I called left a message for him to call me back he never called me back. So I called again the next week left another message for him. Still nothing called again and got him for a minute he said am I working on something for you he said he was handing it over to another attorney in Huntsville that's working on more of there cases dealing with insurance company and damages to there homes. And to call back by the end of the week. Called again on answer from him. Almost a week later he called asking for a lady named Donna I told him my name he said oh I called you by mistake but since I called let me ask what I'm supposed to be helping you with. Again went over the details and again he said we have attorney in Huntsville working on the insurance company claim. He said if I don't call you back by the end of the week call me. I called couldn't talk to him. So I told them I want my paperwork back since it's looking like he isn't going to call me are going to help me. Then a new attorney just passing his bar exams called me asking how he could help. He said his name was Dean and he works with Carter. Well he called me back two or three times that afternoon saying that he couldn't find my paperwork and they would call me back by the next morning. He called the next afternoon saying Carter contacted my insurance company and they will be calling me about getting the work taken care of on my home. Well no one called from the insurance company so I called the attorney office back and again nothing. The next Tuesday morning I went by to get my paperwork the Dean guy came out and seen me standing there turned around and went back the way he entered from. The lady at the window called and told them I was there for my paperwork he brought it to her and left the room without saying anything. I don't like being lied too if you know your not going to be able to help tell the truth and say I'm sorry but we just can't help you. I have a hole in my roof going into my living room.

Wayne Fuller is very unprofessional and took a lot of money from me to do nothing! All of the appointments were rushed, and he is unresponsive to emails and calls, which then led me to make appointments only costing me more. He has no sense of urgency and 5 months into filing paperwork, there were NO further accomplishments while the opposition made filings left and right. I terminated my services with Mr. Fuller, got a measly 500$ back from the over 3000$ retainer. I retained another attorney having a way better experience.
