The McCormick Firm I dealt with wasn't anything that I've read pertaining to my case. The Lawyer Julie, represented me in court. And the judgement was in my favor. Afterward, the only response I received from either of them was the bill balance that the courts had ordered my ex to pay. I ended up having to pay .Yes, courts, county and civil. I actually had to call Montgomery myself to find out the outcome of their decision. And as for the court appearances that's listed on the invoice , I only went to court once. Maybe the others were treated with dignity and concern, but in my case all this company was interested in was the money. After receiving the due balance I was discarded like yesterday's trash. Mr. Travis and I spoke and he had promised to contact my ex's attorney to get my ex to do what the courts had ordered, NOTHING WAS DONE. I'm receive SS .All this is fine, God still take care of we and he dose it WELL.

I want to warn everyone against using this man to represent you. He was completely unprepared for my husband's case. He did not even know what was in the document my husband signed under his guidance. He told me and my husband that things would be simple to change once they were put to paper. The incompetence was ASTOUNDING. He's no bulldog and he does not put up any fight whatsoever. The negative ramifications of having his representation are being felt nearly a year later. Look elsewhere for competent representation.
