I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with DiLorenzo Law Firm regarding the 3M earplug lawsuit for veterans. They were not my original law firm my case was pawned of to them with no prior warning. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. Here's why: Lack of Transparency: Throughout the process, the firm exhibited a lack of transparency. They failed to keep me informed about the progress of my case, leaving me in the dark for extended periods. Greedy Behavior: DiLorenzo Law Firm seemed more interested in their own financial gain than in advocating for veterans. Their fees were exorbitant, and it felt like they were squeezing every penny out of the settlement. Ineffective Communication: Communication was abysmal. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were met with vague responses. "He is currently, in a meeting and will call you back." It's as if they didn't care about the impact this lawsuit had on veterans' lives. Hardly any work done: I had to get the evidence from the VA, I had to put in my own filings. What did they do click an auto populate button? Lack of Empathy: At no point did I feel that DiLorenzo Law Firm truly understood the gravity of the situation. Veterans deserve better representation. In summary, DiLorenzo Law Firm's handling of the 3M lawsuit was nothing short of disappointing. Their greed overshadowed their duty to serve veterans, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. There are better options out there
