Absolutely recommend these guys if you are wronged by any insurance company like I was. These guys and gals worked diligently in helping resolve a critical illness claim that was repeatedly denied. I give the Sinclair Law Office a 5 star for several reasons. 1. From the very beginning calls where returned promptly and or Claudette picked up immediately ( which is rare for a law firm) 2. Tom and Claudette did not sugar coat things never over promising if anything they gave us worst case scenarios to ensure that we had healthy expectation. 3. The Sinclair Law Office has been meticulous and well organized with all information. Even the small things were important to them. I knew that all the information that they were gathering was being put to good use so it was a team collaboration in getting thousands of documents. 4. They never made is feel like I was bothering them with all my questions and concerns which were many having never been through this before, and they always answered me in detail patiently talked me off the ledge several times, disability is a very fragile issue that they handled very well. 5. Not only did Claudette go through tons and tons of records, but she also made sure that I was seeing the doctor that I needed to see. I was gathering the information that I need to gather, and I was doing everything on my part that kept me engaged and knew that we were working towards the common goal. Because of this meticulous care, because of their patience answering questions and doing everything on their end to ensure that it's a smooth ride, I actually received my benefits faster than what I expected I could list many more but to sum it up I would certainly recommend Sinclair Law Firm!
