I reached out to this firm after reviewing their website, which suggested they handle diminished value claims. Based on that, I took the time to complete their online contact form with detailed case information. It became clear that no one actually reviewed the information I submitted until halfway through a conversation when I called. The following day I got a voicemail asking me to call back, but the person who left the message spoke so unclearly that it was difficult to even understand what they were saying. They also called me twice the next day, which was a Saturday. When I finally called back on Sunday, the person I spoke with had no context for my request or the information I had already provided. Only midway through the conversation did they finally review my case details. After putting me on hold, they came back and told me that diminished value claims are not something the firm typically handles, and they referred me to the Alabama Bar Association. Unfortunately, when I contacted the Bar Association, the voicemail box was full and I was unable to even leave a message. This entire experience was frustrating and a waste of time. The website led me to believe they would help with diminished value, but the reality was very different. The lack of review of the detailed information I provided, the confusing communications, and the final dead-end referral left me disappointed. I would strongly encourage this firm to update their website to more accurately reflect their services and to improve their intake process so people don't go through the same experience I did.

It only took 4 month to sign off on my settlement, Progressive paid me full amount of their cap. My attorney Matt Richardson and his staff did a FANTASTIC job. Matt and his staff were patient with me when I asked questions.Hopefully I will not have to use them again, but if I need to, I know who to call.

Working with Morgan and Morgan has been a pleasurable and seamless process thus far. I'm very impressed and will revisit this review platform once a settlement is reached.
