This is one of the worst lawfirms I had to deal with. No communication forth coming. I always have to call or email. Until today I have not received my check. Waiting for it for months. Either they put a wrong name on the check so I can't cash it, or have to sign more papers. Or always being told the check is in the mail. I deal with it for the past 6 weeks. My accident was at the end of May 2025

5 years...still waiting. J Bedwell is not an attorney with good relationship or communication skills at all. His integrity of telling the truth has been compromised by not delivering what he promised to his client. Stay away from this firm. His managing attorney Charley Beene has not been professional either knowing the client is unhappy with Bedwell. What does it take to get results? Simply serving papers doesn't take this long and there are ways around it. Poor representation all together with this firm!

Attorney Neil Johnson handled my Settlement Case for a car accident I had in December 2022. An 18-year-old St. Mary's man hit me as I waited in a my car at a stop light.
