The police were wrong but you know how they will fight and try to say they were in the right. But Martin Weinberg was not going for that, nope! Martin Weinberg was my attorney this year in a lawsuit. We won our suit! He always answered the phone whenever I needed him. One night I texted him late on accident and he answered and didn't get mad! When I saw the time I apologized to him. If he does not answer he at least calls you back within minutes unless he is at court. In that case he called back as soon as court was done. Answered all my questions and any concerns I had. He is very rude. To be a defense attorney he doesn't agree with anything the clients wants. He will wait until it's time for your court date and the reschedule because he didn't take the time to see his client. He has done this twice. On his bad reviews all he has to say is : I don't recall you being a client. I'm not a client I'm the very concerned family member of a client who you don't seem to care about. If you don't want the case pass it along. We would gladly accept representation from someone who wants to defend or even just show up for their client.
