This is a late review, but in late 2021 I unfortunately had to file for bankruptcy not sure what I was getting into. I was discharged in early 2022. Jaffe Erdberg PC were really helpful and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Had no problem answering my questions and kept me up to date through it all. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering who to see for bankruptcy.

This law firm didn't fight for me. I file bankruptcy 4 years ago with this firm. I was faithful paying the courts until I had to stop working due to needing a total knee replacement. I communicated with them. We went to court and the judge ruled that if I didn't pay they would dismiss my case. I was disappointed because the lawyer told the judge my situation but agreed with the ruling. Now my case is dismissed and the creditors are calling me to pay and I can't because I'm still healing from my surgery. To add salt to the womb this law firm had the nerve to ask if they can Represent me again With my bankruptcy. Thanks but No Thanks.

I gave them specific instructions on how I wanted my case handle. They took upon theirselves as David put it " a made up debt" was created. I would never recommend them. The left hand dont know what the right hand is doing.

I highly recommend them Joe and Amanda are awesome people who will help you with your case and I would used them again !

I have a question Can you get your money back from bankruptcy that they took out your check? And if so how to get it back and how long does it takes?
