I got in a car accident in March 2025 , My car insurance Geico matched me with this law firm. It has been a absolutely horrible experience. First I didn't speak to my lawyer the entire time. I spoke with Paula Sanders and a lady named Vanessa, but never once did my lawyer actually speak to me. Also I only heard the them a few times a month And that was after me reaching out to them for information and updates. Never the other way around. Finally, on October I was told that they had reached a settlement. They sent my check in the mail and it got lost. When it finally showed up on November 21st I was told it was safe to deposit into my bank account only to find out that the check would not deposit into my account. I have reached out multiple times about a new check being sent to me and have been given the runaround. I'll reach out and they won't respond for a week at a time. At this point it's creating actual problems for me. I have stage 3 breast cancer. I told both Paula and Vanessa this and I need the money for my cancer treatments. The fact that I don't have it when they told me I would is seriously impacting my life. The fact of the matter is once my lawyer got paid they stopped carrying about me . My lawyer had been paid , the physical therapist has been paid . Everyone in my case has been paid except for me!!! I would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy.

I am currently still in the middle of my case, haven't finished my operations and healing from a dog attack just yet. I'm fairly new to this firm. I had this firm representing me so far for over 3 months. I do have mix feelings with this firm. Is more of a coin toss. But the key to my review is communication. The law firm doesn't take an initiative to communicate with their clients. I'm not sure how they sort out cases or if most cases taken by the this firm once we submit our contract agreement if anything g that we may have a case. Many of us unfortunately experience a form of injury that unfortunately places us in a position that we lack justice for the injuries sustained that usually leads us into emotional distress. Unfortunately there are some instances where our cases sometimes falls under certain rules where we may end experiencing a battle with ordances implicated that makes them hard to fight with. And usually insurance companies uses those ordances to compel their arguments and refuse to settle. It is to my understanding that in some cases negligence can be still found and compelling arguments over negligence is also proven as a result injuries are sustain. Like in my case which falls under what is call last clear chance. Last clear chance is a general rule that insured motorist must use in order to prevent as much as possible an accident. Like stopping at all posted stop signs or w en blowing a horn to prevent a collision. And even applying g brakes when a collision occurs. But unfortunately none of those rules were followed and insurance companies typically look for ordances imposed to place the blame on both parties involved in the accident. How ever there's is a special rule that does entitle an accident victim to still receive compensation even if they're found partially at fault. It is called last clear chance doctrine. With the last clear chance doctrine you can still be compensated over your injuries and receive compensation over damaged or loss of property. It is a compelling argument that can be fought and won. I just question the firms ability to reach out to all its clients. I want a firm that fights for me not for the insurance companies that may refer us to them. A good firm that goes the extra mile and places 1 million a month in advertising should always reach out to every client they represent reguardless of their case evaluation and consultation. They key to success isn't just the cases worth fighting for but the actual injured victims the firm represents. Is through the pain and suffering of we the victims of negligent drivers that left us injured and seeking treatment for it that matter. Improvement in communication is essential to any firms growth and should be a priority and not ignored.

Communication was horrible . I've been texting and calling for 3 weeks and I can't get anyone to help me. I was told they would call me back after their lunch but it's been 3 weeks now. The service is horrible and now here is it with a hurting neck and a smashed up car. Thanks guys. I guess I need to look for another attorney. One that will help me. I've never been in a situation like this so I'm scared and nervous as it is. I sure appreciate your help. Thanks a lot

They'd get no stars if I could but I wasn't allowed. I got rear-ended, contacted this firm within 2 weeks, they took the case, sent me to a chiropractor, was informed that I had I needed care and booked me an appointment, the day before the appointment I get a call that it had been cancelled, I asked the reason and was informed the lawyer cancelled it. I called the lawyer and was told "oh yeah we don't really want to take on this case" Absolute unprofessionalism! Didn't even bother letting me know they dropped my case and when I asked why? I wasn't even given a reason only told to contact the my State Bar if I needed help. I would certainly stay the hell away from this firm, seems they're only interested in big money settlements but if so, why take my case and waste my time and leave me hanging?
