On November 30, 2023, I was working as a home health therapist. I was driving to my next patient in the early afternoon when a car pulled right out in front of me and I crashed right into them. Less than a week later, I had an adjuster call me to offer me money to settle with the insurance company. At that point, I did not even know the extent of my injuries or how long I would be out of work. I immediately called Morris, King, and Hodge and became a client of Mr. King. Mr. King told me the next time the insurance adjuster called me, to tell them they need to direct all calls to him. That same day, Sara Sparks, Mr. Kings paralegal called me and immediately started taking down all of my information. I told her it was a workman's compensation case as well, since the car wreck happened during work hours. She said that they would take care of both cases. It was very overwhelming at first but Sara walked me through everything. If I had an issue with my workman's comp adjuster, all I had to do was let Sara know and she and Mr. King took care of it. I was told due to the complexity of my case, dealing with the car insurance company and workman's compensation, that it would drag out a little longer than a normal car wreck case. I did receive phone calls from the office every so often to update me on my case or to let me know If I needed to go into the office to sign any paperwork. As my case was finally coming to an end, Sara even stopped by my house for me to sign the last few papers due to me not having time to meet at the office. Working with this amazing team made my case as smooth as possible. Mr. King fought for me to get the settlement I deserved and did not settle for anything less.
