I called and set a case for probate case I was cheated out of my inheritance by Dan Riggs who failed to follow Probate Laws and he breached our contract. Dan Riggs failed to fulfill their obligation to the decease. RIGGS BROKE EVERY PROMISED ON THE CONTRACT. allowing items to be stolen, allowed money to disappear. Failed to represent The Personal Reps., showing favoritism, not fairness Cheated others from receiveing their inheritance. Denied the last will and testament of the deceased to be more worried about his pay . He defrauded his duty to represent as he promised.ignored.
