Snowy Range Physical Therapy and Wellness

I have been a client of Rhiannan Rubino for about a month for work on my shoulder. The exercises she had me do and instructions to follow up at home has made a big difference to my painful shoulder. She allowed time to massage my shoulder at the end of each session. It is so much looser now, I have very little pain. I will be able to discontinue therapy after next week. I am astonished at the difference and in such a short time. It pays off to get physical therapy done before it gets to the point of needing surgery. I highly recommend Rhiannan. Kathleen White

Nothing but positive experiences with Rhiannon at Snowy Range PT & Wellness. After spraining my ankle and needing to get back into racing shape as soon as possible, Rhiannon was able to accommodate my schedule with an almost catch-all appointment. The appointment included an assessment, dry needling, massage, taping demonstration, and exercise education. In a town with ample PT options, I choose Rhiannon because of her engagement with the local running club and events, her transparent costs, and her skill in getting me back out on the trails.

I was in the latter stages of recovering from a broken femur and needed to work on strength, balance and stability. Rhiannan listened to my weekly needs and concerns and worked with me to address them and develop a program for at home as well as in our sessions. Her friendly, genuine concern made her such a pleasure to work with.

Rhiannan is awesome! She takes the time to listen to you and really thinks deeply about how to best help you. It is obvious that she stays current on knowledge and is always willing to take new classes.
