Sam Cannon really helped me. An insurance company was being slow and unhelpful after they had sent an incompetent assessor who negligently damaged a valuable table. One letter from this firm and the full settlement was agreed. It took several more letters to get the money but Sam kept the pressure up until they finally paid.
