I had a car vs bicycle collision and worked with Lance and Jessica. They were very professional, respectful, and timely with any new information, questions, or documents that needed my attention. I was quite heated and anxious at the beginning of the process due to how the incident unfolded with the driver, police report, etc, but Lance was able to calm my nerves and get me thinking clearly explaining my worries were valid but not necessarily important to how the incident will be resolved. Hopefully there isn't any situation soon when I will need their services but if there is one, I would feel good working with them again.
