Attorney Brad Yanke Anderson O'Brien had been an excellent attorney throughout my case. When trying to find a specific attorney was a nightmare, he stepped up right away when asked. Brad expertly explained the process and answered all my questions at my level. I didn't have the mental bandwidth at the time to help with the case as much as I normally might, so once I provided the necessary information, Brad and his team got right to work. It was the definition of "set it and forget it!" If I ever wanted to jump into the process, it was welcomed, but they expertly handled it without me having to worry about deadlines being missed or the process being dragged out without me supervising. I called and walked into the office for assistance. The receptionist was pleasant with the gentleman behind me. I explained to the receptionist that I had previously called and I needed assistance. I then asked if I could use the restroom & no answer. I told the receptionist that I really needed assistance with family law. There was no answer about the restroom and the receptionist proceeded to give me information on public assistance for help with my matter. I am an African American, Veteran with more than 20 years of service. I could not believe that the treatment I received upon entry and no answer regarding the restroom. I just walked out of this office. I guessed that I truly looked like I could not afford a lawyer in this law firm. I apologize for bothering this firms.
