Atty. Sara Eberhardy was contacted by my attorney to be a special administration regarding concerns of non-probate instructions that were supposed to be followed. Sara said she would look into the directions. Then, she decided to just audit receipts at $300 an hour and never asked for the written documentation per her original statement. She then wrote 2 unethical letters to the judge insisting I be responsible for her fees. Not only does she lack integrity, she misled the judge. Sara's word was never questioned since she was Special Administrator and her lack of documented information about a proper investigation never questioned. I never spoke to Sara. I had to pay her fees plus my attorney fees too because of her lack of effort and poor communication. My poor Grandmother deserved more effort especially at $300 hr.

With respect to Sara, I believe she is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I sense a humble, no nonsense nature about the way she conducts herself.
