This office employs a rude and extremely unprofessional administrative staff person by the name of Pat Prather. She lacks common interpersonal communication skills. She can't manage to enunciate and speak clearly. She mumbles on the business line while her personal cell phone is ringing in the background. Here is a hint. If you don't have the time or patience to be respectful and pleasant, don't call other firms, agents or insurance companies only to be rude to their representatives. We all have jobs to perform.
