Thank you for handling our case. You made us feel comfortable. Trish has a way of making us feel less uncomfortable and has a calming approach. Answered all our questions, even when we asked twice she never made us feel dumb for asking again. Her assistant is just as helpful as Trish is. First of all I will tell you she was not my attorney,but is my ex's.In my opinion she is very unprofessional in responding to the opposing attorney.I have at least 4 emails that were 2nd or 3rd request's to try and get the divorce moved along.what could have been done in 4 or 5 months took 14 months and all it did was rack up cost because of re-doing fds and msa proposals.My ex wanted the divorce so we waited for 3 weeks and there was still not a summons to petition done .I and my attorney decided to get the ball rolling.No kids were involved just splitting up assets.I don't remember 1 instance where she was proactive. .delay,delay,delay.From what I see it's easier to let the other attorney do the leg work.Iv'e talked to several other attorney's and they all say the same thing."it's her m.o".There were deadlines set by the FCC and the Judge ,and she was either late in responding or not at all.I can't see why the judicial systems allows it to happen.We were ready for a trial, and 15 minutes before court she meanders over to my attorney and says they will settle.Why not respond the Sunday night before the court date to my attorney?SHe had every opportunity because she responded to one email on July 13 at around 330pm.once again no care about cost's to the other side.My attorney getting ready for a trial was senseless,all she had to do is respond,but why do that.I could go on and on ,but I think you get the point.Iv'e now read some of the other reviews and hopefully you do aswell
