I hired Todd Simon of Simon Law to help with a case where the minimum sentence is 30 days jail. Since I was unfamiliar with the process, I wanted to make sure I had a professional to help guide me through it. I am very happy that I hired Todd. Without his guidance and knowledge I believe the outcome would have been completely different in my case. It was fairly favorable, and I avoided real jail time. If you find yourself in need of a Criminal Defense Attorney, consider yourself "Winning the Lottery" if you are able to retain Attorney Todd Simon. Almost a year later to the date of my first meeting Todd, I cannot express to anyone who might read this just how much I valued the Legal Counsel, communication, insight, willingness to listen, knowing when to stand firm and tell me what I need to be told. If I were his accountant, I would tell him that he needs to increase his fee and charge for all of his hours! He is so kind and has so much compassion, I know that he didn't want to charge me any more money due to my situation even though I was asking him to make sure that paid everything that I needed to pay. I was in need of an attorney and I wasn't sure what to do or where to go. I called numerous lawyers but once I spoke with Todd Simon, I knew I was going with him. From our first meeting to my last court date, he was always very professional, organized, and easy to speak with. He took the time to explain the process, our options, and the approach we should take. He was confident in the court room and you could tell the other members of the court respected him.
