Wasn't aggressive like we were told they would be. Took our case and half way through they decided they didn't want to drag out it out or really do anything with it anymore. Paperwork wasn't provided when asked multiple times felt like they were working with there other side. Paid big deposit and charged us thousands monthly. Lost $ hiring them and in the end didn't gain a thing. Would not recommend.

I had a terrible experience with Matthew Van Luland. He was very unprofessional, arrogant, and pompous on our phone call. I will never go to this firm again!

I would have given them zero stars... but then I can't write a review. This law firm was recommended to me to handle my case. I met with Josh Koch. At our first meeting, Koch said this case is very winnable! I was onboard full steam! Koch told me it would cost me around a 1000.00 to take this to court. Let's just say, I was the bait and he got his hook into me. After many 1000.00 bills rolled in, I was confused. He told me it was more difficult than previously thought. Thinking I was going to win my case, keep my job in Law Enforcement, Koch still had me on the line. Fast forward to court, thousands of dollars later, "Attorney" Koch shows up to court and was not prepared,(my opinion). The fact that Koch's argument went absolutely nowhere with the court. Statutes he used were torn apart by the Assistant District Attorney. ADA stated that the statutes Koch chose, don't even pertain to my case. I was frustrated and told him he did not cover half the things we talked about, Koch asked if he could use MY notes... You can guess the results, I owe this firm thousands of dollars, lost my job in Law Enforcement. I would not recommend this law firm!!
