Dawn is a great attorney and has really helped me in times of need. I definitely recommend!! She is compassionate and caring for her clients and will argue and negotiate effectively on your behalf!

Great office of skilled professionals. Attorney Sabel has represented me legally in small claims, helped with a minor legal issue when I was young, done my taxes, settled an estate for my family and I have even been on the opposite side in a court room. She has always been to the point, kind and great at what she does. You always hope to never need an attorney but if you do, she is a great one to have in your corner.

Dawn is a crook. She will meet with you, agree to provide services then ignore and avoid you for months. Then turn around and bill you over half a year later & take you to small claims weeks after you receive your first bill. What a joke. If you ask me, it appears she fell short on her finances at year end and is scrounging for an easy dollar!

Very disrespectful people. They own properties and they're all over priced. 500 a monthctocbecon their rooming house. 500 and u share a bathroom and no kitchen. The building manager is dopehead and the husband is a rude s.o.b

The husband called yelling and threatening me due to political issues. I don't rent from them but they have a bunch of dumpy rental's that they don't take care of this doesn't help fdl. They are out for themselves not FDL
