I was dealing with Kate lynch. You have to watch how you talk to her over the phone. She kept talking to me like I was being rude and told me I was being confrontational when I was literally just asking questions. I've never done this kinda thing before so i was just asking more clairifing questions when she was telling me the next step to take. And she kept wanting my doctors to fill out paperwork without signing a release of information form. My doctors literally wouldnt fill it out. I kept telling them that.Asked about three separate times though. Just get denied from the state first before dealing with these people. I'm going elsewhere!

They are no doubt all business which is what I needed and they were there to help you if you have questions. Always returned calls. Never sugar coated answers. Their knowledge level was very good.
