The woman that returned my call was extremely uneducated and emotionally reactive. She was obviously not planning on having the attorney call back if there is one there. They are obviously gathering information on your case, feelings, and intentions to be used against you.

The receptionist was incredibly rude to me on the phone (actually hung up on me twice) when I asked to set up a consultation to help me better understand the will he had drawn up for my mom.
