Legal Aid of WV

Legal Aid helped me in a very difficult case. My attorney was so helpful and spent significant time speaking to me to understand the situation. I was very emotional at the time and he was so kind. I will never forget the help I received here!

They don't even deserve ONE star from me! Dropped my case right in the middle. He wasn't a good lawyer even while he was so called working for me niether. Pretty much always "on vacation". I had a high conflict divorce with two children involved and was previously a stay at home mom diagnosed with chronic illness. I ended up humiliated in court and destitute after the divorce was final. The whole experience was a nightmare.

I had excellent representation by attorney David Estep in the Wheeling office. Our case was complicated but he tirelessly worked through with favorable outcomes. He is a tremendous asset to families who need legal help but financially cannot reach out. Brilliant attorney!

The attorney there was rude. And not at all helpful... My best advice wouldn't be have them help you out.. they don't do there job... Like the guy I had .. he mailed my ex wife response to court .. he spoke with her several diff occasions.. didn't do anything I asked or anything.. save ur $$ and get a decent lawyer one that will work for u... Legal aid lawyers don't care they get paid same as a public pretender.. aka public defender...
