I have used their services for almost 4 years for 3 different times I needed therapy. They have always been top notch in helping me improve my mobility and rebuild strength. The girls there are always professional and cognizant of patient's needs. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs therapy, in fact I have told family and friends just that.

The best physical therapy provider I've ever gone to, and I've gone to several over the years. The staff is friendly, know you by name, are qualified, very caring, asks the right questions, are thorough in the PT provided, and strive for positive results. The ladies are very friendly and helpful. Them even make therapy kind a fun experience. I have had results better than expected. I have had acupuncture, water therapy, and other physical therapy from other facilities with little or no positive results. With the hepl of these ladies I fell that I'm improving

In the fall of 2023, I commenced physical therapy at CrossRoads Physical Therapy. Initially, I was hesitant to visit due to an unpleasant interaction with the former receptionist, which I documented in a review. However, the owner, Kevin Perris, promptly apologized for the incident and extended an invitation to give CrossRoads another chance. I am grateful for this opportunity. From my initial evaluation, I was confident that I had made the correct decision. The Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants demonstrated knowledge, friendliness, and compassion. I made significant progress until unforeseen circumstances compelled me to discontinue my visits. A few months later, I resumed my therapy, but I encountered pain during the exercises. Unfortunately, I had to cease my visits again. As I have Parkinson's disease, physical therapy was essential for my well-being. I eventually resumed therapy and experienced pain in the same area. To resolve the issue, I engaged in a strategic approach involving my insurance company. I obtained a computed tomography (CT) scan to identify the underlying cause of my pain. In accordance with my insurance company's requirement of six weeks of physical therapy, I was prescribed seated exercises to minimize the exacerbation of my back pain. After fulfilling the six-week physical therapy mandate, I received a CT scan and consulted Dr. Tune at Wheeling Hospital. On September 16th, I will undergo a steroid injection, which I am hopeful will alleviate my pain. Prior to the injection, I was progressing well with the exercise plan prescribed by CrossRoads Physical Therapy, and I eagerly anticipate resuming my therapy. I would highly recommend CrossRoads Physical Therapy.
