I would give a ZERO if possible! Kevin Tipton was paid to represent my husband in a spousal support case... 11 YEARS PLUS AFTER THE FINAL DIVORCE! My husband had unknowingly attempted suicide and KEVIN TIPTON COULD CARE LESS! The information that he was sent was never put together correctly and sent to the opposing party. (And we have proof! Emails and video!) He is on video leaning back in his chair during court, almost sleeping, playing with his cell phone, and doodling! He was paid $6,000 to SCREW US OVER AND PAY FOR HIS CORVETTE!! PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE IF NEEDING REAL HELP!!

Mr Tipton represented my step-son in a most diligent and professional manner in keeping with is obligations as an Officer of the Court and righted a wrong so that justice prevailed.

Absolutely the worst representation I have ever seen. Did not show up to a hearing, my ex wife's attorney had to text him to see where he was, then attended by phone, talked to his bar employees during the entire mediation for my divorce, didn't draft a single piece of paperwork, and many other things. I told Mr. Tipton I was going to file a complaint to the ODC then was told if I did that he would pursue me for "fees" incurred for responding to the complaint. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else but here.
