The absolutely worst attorney!!! Very poor communication, as I sit in jail for six months met with him one time two days before my trial pretty much had no other choice to take a plea deal because of him. I thought that was my only option looking back. I regret it for pleding guilty for something I didn't do. Sadly he wasn't court appointed. I spent my hard earned money, $7500 to be exact and he did not do anything for me.

Worst lawyer I have ever seen in the court room and I have seen a lot he never called my wife ever was supposed to set a meeting up with my wife and the prosecuting attorney to help my wife lower her points never set it up actually asked my wife if she heard from the prosecuting attorney about it and this is the day before court she called and called me email after email the day before court tell her your good I got u he got her alright she stepped in the courtroom and even in court the prosecuting attorney asked for leniency cuz she's been clean almost 4 years and working has a car her kids we have built an amazing life she was a 1 after her points dropped and wasn't even eligible for 4 years but she got it the judge gave her 4 years and told her if she didn't like it to appeal it well we call her lawyer no answer finally an email he tells her he can't file a reconsideration there is no such thing which I know forsure u can appeal especially since the judge told us he is terrible and our kids will be without their mom for the next four years no matter how good u do it doesn't pay off when u have a lawyer that is trash and doesn't care about his ppl he's representing

Worst attorney I had. Lance was court appointed. Lance was very rude, sarcastic and didn't listen to a word I had to say. I was and had been sick with breast cancer for a 1 year 1/2 and went through 10 surgeries. In dealing with Lance I ended up in the hospital 3 times with high blood pressure due to his sarcastic ways and the stress he caused plus he did not listening to my case or a word I had to say. He just assumed i was guilty instead of looking or getting the evidence needed for court. Lance did not tell me the consequences in taken a an Alford plea and now I'm stuck with a record I can never get rid of due to his incompetence. I implore that you look for someone more qualified.

I came to Lance for help with difficulties I was having managing my parent's estate. Through a series of thoughtful questions, he helped me assess my situation from all relevant perspectives. This led me to the right decision, thank you. I would recommend Lance to anyone that has a problem with legal implications.

Lance is always very helpful when I have either needed expert advice or referred a client to him. He answers his calls or promptly returns my calls when I have needed him. Lance's demeanor, although sarcastic, is one that you will want on your side and not against you.
