A little back story prior to the accident. We just lost a dear young relative unexpectedly and tragically a week and half before the accident. The accident itself occurred leaving the hospital where I was visiting my cancer-ridden grandmother in the hospital. We experienced so much trauma, heartbreak, and grief then came the accident. Words cannot express how devastating and stressful all of it was. I felt like I was hanging on by a thread. Then a family friend suggested Cranston & Edward's to take care of the accident since we had so much else going on. We called and truly believe it was a Godsend. They were so compassionate and caring. They took care of EVERYTHING!!!!! Health insurance didn't want to take care of bills, so Stephanie called and took care of it. When the party at fault's insurance didn't want to give us a fair deal for the cost of the vehicle which was totaled, Brian helped. Whenever I had questions and wanted to talk, they were always available or called me back THAT DAY. They took away the anxiety and stress of the process and Brian fought hard to get us a good settlement. I made a google account just to leave this review. I could not be happier. Mr. Cranston and Diana have helped me with two different personal injury cases over the years. Their staff is very kind and personable. Diana was always quick to return phone calls and keep me updated on what was going on.
