If you have the unfortunate luck of being dragged through the Berkeley County sham of a Family Court System, you will likely be referred (forced) to use and pay for the services of Ms. Waugh. This will be your first stop in a long series of encounters with Court appointed feminists that you will deal with. I would describe my experience with her as totally one sided in favor of the other party, without cause. During our meeting with my ex, she put on a fabulous show of drama and crocodile tears in an attempt to convince Ms. Waugh that I was some sort of monster and did not deserve to see my child. As with all feminists in this court system, my ex's accusations alone were enough to convince her that I was despite never being accused of any such behavior until that very moment. I was only permitted to speak when she ask me questions directly. My ex was permitted to spew lies, garbage, and wail like a cow at will with the support and sympathy of Ms. Waugh. Twice during the meeting Ms. Waugh asked me to leave the room so she could speak with my ex in private, which I did. God only knows what my ex told her, but after I came in Ms. Waugh informed me she was terminating the meeting without explanation. This is not mediation as they tell you it will be, it is in fact an opportunity for women to blatantly lie and make outrageously false accusations to Ms. Waugh so that she forms a negative opinion of you; that which opinion will be forwarded to the next Court appointed feminist you will deal with. This process continues all the way to the top until it gets to the queen feminist herself, Judge Sally Gavin Jackson. This entire system from Courthouse janitor to Queen Jackson is an absolute sham and travesty of justice. Ms. Waugh is your first stop on this trip, so its important that you get fair treatment from the get go. If I could do it over, I would have a lawyer representing me present for this "mediation". It would be interesting to know how much money Ms. Waugh has raked in from Berkeley County Family Court "referrals" over the years.
