Arik Paraschos and I disagreed over many things. I was struck by the review which said he spent much time explaining why the court doesn't care. This was my problem since I expected him to at least argue my case beyond simply telling me how bad it was. Finally, he found it amusing to withdraw from a Tuesday hearing on Friday afternoon, just after lunch. What a prankster! Beware.
Arik is , by far , one of the best attorneys I have used. I am so glad I met him when I did. I was in a horrible custody battle and he was able to clearly explain the steps I was about to go through in the case as well as professionally and sternly explain the Truths about my case to the Judge.. With the emotions of a custody battle , I personally didn't want to hear some of the truths and potential outcomes of my case. I also felt that the law should understand my feelings and Arik showed me that is not always the case. When Arik went into court tho , I always felt confident and at peace that he had my best interest at heart and that was what he was fighting for. Every case is different, but if you are looking for an attorney who takes his cases seriously he is your guy!
