Jami Cooper and her staff are one in a million. They assisted my husband and I on the adoption of our daughter and were with us every single step of the way prior to her birth and even after. Jami and her staff took careful time to ensure our questions were answered, no matter how silly they may have seemed, and to show nothing short of caring, compassion, and truly as much enthusiasm as we had over the adoption. I can't leave out Minta, she works the front desk. She was the only employee of a law firm I spoke with (and I spoke with quite a few) that genuinely went out of her way to make a stressful situation seem like the big deal it was. She took as many seconds as I needed to share our story with her and our questions. She was so kind and truly excited to tell Jami about the case and cheered us on during the whole process. Wonderful experience! Very personable and knowledgeable staff! They helped my elderly family member establish a Will and POA. I would definitely recommend Cooper Law Office. I had a recent Lemon Law case that I had tried to resolve on my own but finally, as a last resort called the WV Attorney General's office. The lady there told me about the state's website and where to find law firms that work with Lemon Law cases. It came up with 3 from my area, and after one being 1.5 hours away and googling the other address, there was no business sign that kind of concerned me, so I decided to call Cooper Law. And I am very glad I did. I initially met with Dan and Stacey and felt a lot better after leaving that meeting. Since then I have mainly worked with Stacey and she has been great to work with. She always had my best interest in mind. She has had input from Dan and Jami along the way for my case and this Cooper team has been great to work with. They are conveniently located in Bridgeport right along Route 50 which was also a plus. I would highly recommend them and would definitely call on them again if needed.
