Merit Disability

The team at Merit Disability has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of my application for disability support. Through multiple appeals, they have always been openly available, communicative, supportive, kind and overall helpful to me through a process that without them I could not have gone through. Every member of their team is responsive and kind, and they go above and beyond to help you see your case through.

It took three years to finally get my claim approved, but they worked with me the entire time and were upfront about their optimism levels when I expressed fears. They were very communicative, and worked with a pretty unique situation very well. I genuinely don't think I could have done any of it without them, and I'm shocked their services over several years costs as little as it did. They're doing incredible work for folks like me who can't do this on their own.

They initially helped me begin my claim, but after that, communication completely stopped. I reached out multiple times via email with no response. At one point, I couldn't even remember the name of the firm due to the lack of contact. Eventually, I decided to move forward with a different attorney. Only after that did they start calling me repeatedly. The experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The Merit Disability team has been nothing else but EXCELLENT in assisting me with my SSI and SSDI claims. Every step of the way, the team has been caring, compassionate, and highly professional. They provided excellent guidance and answers every question that I have. The team coordinated with my doctors to get the necessary documents, helped me with forms, and communicated effectively with all relevant parties. They never hesitated to speak with me when I needed help. Josh and the team: THANK YOU for all your time in the last 3.5 years ! I couldn't have made it this far physically and emotionally without them.

The process for ssdi is frustrating and long , merit disability was very helpful and an intricate part in this process and after 2yrs and my hearing i was found fully favorable for ssdi for life. Best advice be patient, communicate, prepare for the long process best you can. Thank you to all that helped and listened.
