I would give negative stars if I could. Albert Schlotfeldt came highly recommended, so we used him to retrieve money owed to us from a general contractor my husband did work for. Over $18,000 dollars. He won our case in court and we were awarded judgment with interest and attorney fees. After his office notified us of this win we reached out twice via email, directly to him and his paralegal, Kristen. We asked what the next steps were to get the over 21k awarded us from R & B Property Preservation. We received no reply to either email. In fact the only communication we received from his office was a bill. We are now left with a bill for an attorny who has left us high and dry and doesn't even have the professional courtesy to return an email.

Schlotfeldt Law Firm was ineffective in helping me with my real estate dispute. Their approach resulted in a settlement where I received zero compensation, contrary to the contract, which was extremely devastating. The associate handling my case inexplicably left the firm without notice before full resolution. When I expressed my concerns about the firm's conduct to Albert directly, his response was dismissive and conveyed indifference toward the outcomes.

My wife and I were in the process of buying our first house when some issues came up during the building process that did not seem right to us. Rachel and Brenton were not only immediately responsive, but they were informative and realistic about our needs and expectations regarding the issue at hand. We were able to come to a reasonable solution to our problem and move forward with the process! We would absolutely recommend their services the anyone in need of an attorney. They were AMAZING! I've been a general contractor for 20 years, and I've never had a dispute with a client that couldn't be solved with a respectful discussion.
