Gavin seemed to be a nice, caring, and knowledgeable lawyer. However, I paid the "insurance check" fee and never received an update on the result. I asked for an invoice almost a year ago and was promised that the office person(DeAndra) will provide this. Nothing of yet. So frustrated and disappointed at the level of communication and non-exist admin process for a law firm. Do not recommend.
