Coast Injury Medicine is a comprehensive medical clinic with pain fellowship-trained physicians offering a personal approach for patients with motor vehicle injuries. Starting with strong diagnostics and non-invasive therapies, we graduate to more specialized treatments only if necessary. We also work closely with other providers - including chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, naturopaths, family physicians, and surgical specialists. As interventional pain physicians, we often serve as co-pilots to help guide you through treatments you may need from other providers.

This office is the best! Friendly staff and top notch doctors. Dr. Sharma sure knows his stuff and is very gentle and reassuring. I had PRP treatment in my cervical spine after a car accident. He made the process easy and comfortable and instilled so much confidence. Just a little bee sting and a slight burn and I was done! I highly recommend this practice to anyone who suffers from chronic nerve pain or who has been in an accident. Top notch and worth the drive from Portland to Vancouver.

The staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The facility is clean, orderly, and easy. Atmosphere is relaxed and full of eager loving care. The trigger point injection has been insanely helpful for relaxing my injuries for days on end. Its rare to have zero complaints going to anything medical. They explain everything thoroughly and have knowledge for any question that arises. Great senses of humor, overall 10/10 experience. I've gone here 5 times now with my girlfriend.
