Mike DeWitt was a solid, fully present attorney who assisted in a difficult multi- year custody and divorce dispute with legal and professional integrity. Wish I could give even less. This man does not give a single care about his court appointed cases. He didn't even care enough to show in person stating that he could "do other things" while his client was waiting. He didn't bother to set up a way to communicate with his client in the court room and made a sorry excuse about how "complicated it is to set it up because he has to use a certain software" like my guy it's called being prepared to do your job. He provided the worst "cross examination" I've ever witnessed. He struggled to find the word adversarial whilst chuckling during "cross examination" and had little to no questions for the defendant while he lied several times under oath. Lastly, he assured his client they wouldn't have to testify and then strong armed her into spilling details of an open investigation which now compromises the immediate safety of a minor. I'm disgusted and horrified that man is allowed to practice law. Absolutely shameful.
