I called Tom today and when I explained me case details, he said that people dont talk like that, in response to me explaining what a supervisor said regarding the incident I called him about! He was blatantly telling me what happened isnt what happened because he doesnt believe a supervisor would use those words in response to admitting to an incident. He then accused me of having no audio nor video evidence before asking me if I had any evidence. He kept cutting me off while speaking and speaking while I spoke. Tom was trying to upset me. Tom also asked for detailed information above and beyond a consultation. ( supervisors name and department and exactly where I traveled from ) When I told tom that I gave him the building info of where the supervisor works in already and that I dont feel comfortable providing sensitive info, unless he agrees to represent me Tom replied that theres no bond of trust, he then said he thinks I think that he is trying to obtain information to work for the other side. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOM AS A LAWYER.

Tom is a professional period. He takes his law practice very serious and his clients well being just as serious. If your questioning your current attorney's abilities then retain Tom so you don't have

This guy rocks. I had a two cases with him and he nailed them both. My old lawyer sucked and lost both cases. The old lawyer can't even turn a shoplift case from Felony into misdemeanor and this guy actually pull both cases out and won both. One of the case he actually got the court to changed the SOC language if anyone know what that is. Highly recommended.
