Wear Law represented me after I was denied, they were easy to work with, very helpful, handled everything in a timely manner, communication was never a problem, and pure professionalism. I am grateful to have found them to represent me and I'm very pleased with the outcome of their work. Deeply Disappointed and Misled As a disabled veteran, I expected professionalism, communication, and integrity from The Wear Law Office. Instead, I ended up doing most of the legwork myself. Even after signing all the releases of information, they constantly called and emailed me for things they should have already handled. Their follow-through was non-existent. Once they got paid, they disappeared. I was left to chase down Social Security on my own just to find out where my back pay was -- and even Social Security said they had no information for me. That's unacceptable and shows a complete lack of coordination, accountability, and client care. What makes this worse is that I referred other veterans to this firm, believing they were trustworthy and stood for something. Sadly, that trust was misplaced. It's painful to see a firm that claims to help veterans operate with such little professionalism or compassion. I strongly advise others -- especially veterans -- to look elsewhere for legal representation that values integrity, communication, and genuine service.

I would like to personally thank Rosemary and her whole team especially ially Dillon, for all the hard work they dod.on my.case to help me finally win my appeal. I won my appeal as well as got awarded 3 years back pay, which confused me at first becuz I didn't know that they would pay everyone else first and then me. But I finally got paid and appreciate Rosemary & her team. Thank you I refer my friends to them quite often and my son-in-law just called to tell me they won his case also. Good job

During the last several years of medical visits and behavioral health counseling, I've repeatedly had the Wear Law Office highly recommended again and again by doctors, nurses, counselors, and prescribers. Years of testing kept going nowhere and I was feeling more and more discouraged about my disability application. Roughly two years into my application, I was doing everything myself and as you might expect, I was denied multiple times. I finally reached out to Wear Law and met with them at a downtown Spokane women's shelter per their typical routine for meeting potential new clients. Immediately, I felt like the representatives who were discussing my case with me were properly listening to my explanations and were appropriately taking me seriously even when discussing my health issues which I've had huge troubles getting proper diagnoses for. When they took my case, they emphatically assured me they believed I had a very strong case and explained how the process would go if I were to hire them as my representatives. It sounded almost too good to be true, but somehow they stuck to their word every step of the way. They kept in regular contact, I received appropriate paperwork in a timely manner, and everyone I spoke to was completely professional and respectful the entire time. Any questions I asked were answered quickly and to my great satisfaction. Just recently, I won my case thanks entirely to Wear Law. I can't possibly sing their praises enough! Thanks so much for everything you all have done for me!

I contacted this office twice; they never contacted me back. I completed a form on their website months ago and tried again by phone a few days ago, to which my voicemail was never returned. I was referred here by two of my medical providers who will be disappointed in my experience. You claim you return calls promptly, you don't.
