My husband and I were in an accident that changed our lives forever. We are not only blessed to be alive, but having Pat McMenamin and his staff in our corner helped us keep our sanity. The very first person we talked to was his partner Rich McMenamin. He listened to us and one of the very first things he said, do what you need to make sure you are taken care of physically and mentally. He had Pat reach out to us to start getting things situated so that we could figure out what our next steps were. May 2020 Our family was involved in a horrible car crash in 2017 in which we were not at fault and two of four family members were killed. Myself and my younger son were very badly hurt with two years healing time plus. Richard and Patrick McMenamin helped our family, when we needed it most. For two and a half years plus, they worked tirelessly to make sure we wouldn't be ruined financially. Even though they took the case totally pro-bono we never felt like we were less important. They lead with their cunning legal skills, creativity and experience. They proved to us over and over they were the best men for the job, but all along they were motivated by their hearts and they showed us that every time we worked with them. That, from my experience, is a rare quality in lawyers. Sally in the Sequim office worked her magic with paperwork and insurance bills so we wouldn't have to go bankrupt to pay medical bills, which can happen if hit by an uninsured motorist, like we were. I felt she was my own personal angel, she gave us such personal and dedicated work towards our case. I don't know where we would be without Patrick, Richard and Sally and all the others who kindly and compassionately helped us at McMenamin & McMenamin in PA and Sequim. They really saved us at a time when we were very vulnerable and broken, needing help but not knowing where or how to get it. They also made complicated legal terms and processes understandable. I was in a car accident in 2008. Patrick drove all the way to Tacoma, WA to hear my case. He was curtious, kind and informative. He helped me through the entire several year process.
