These guys are more effective and more responsive than Gravis. They were also good at managing my expectations. Lawyers are expensive, and of course these guys cost a lot too, but not as much as the other guys. I like having friendly humans readily available upon entering the office, and these guys are good about that. My only problem was that I spent weeks sending things to an outdated email from the website that was no longer checked, and probably slowed my resolution. But that got fixed eventually

Rachel Woodard gives excellent advice. She's a no nonsense attorney and she tells you how it is. I have used Rachel on three different probates and a will. When I call with questions and counsel, I always receive immediate attention. Her staff is equally competent and diligent.
