I was attempting to handle my own court preceedings myself and quickly found out that this is a chess game that I had no idea how to play.
Jeremy was honest with me upfront that he flat out was transparent and let me know he can't guarantee anything. But he was confident. So I hired him. The major notable thing with my case to talk about is earlier this year my ex kept my kids from me for over a year and refused to return them to me. We were forced to proceed with a writ of Hebeaus corpus motion.
Which is a major motion as it involved multiple law enforcement agency's. It just so happened that during this time , jeremy was out of the office. His office staff and replacement attorney did not miss a beat.
When jeremy returned to the office I received a phone call directly immediately letting me know that the writ of habeas corpus is his top priority. And I soon had my children back. Everyone in the entire office went WAY ABOVE and beyond the call of duty. Every case is different of course. But one thing that's a fact. This entire office worked hard to take care of my case. I would trust this office with any legal obligations I came acrossed.

Plain and simple! I made the mistake of hiring Jeremy for my divorce. Just like so many other reviews here he took my money and there was ZERO communication! I'd call with questions/concerns, was told he'd call me back and NEVER once did this office call me back.
I received monthly bills until my divorce was done. I had a balance due and spoke to Jeremy about that. Told him I'd pay it in full when I sold my house and he was agreeable to that. Oddly enough I never received a bill after that conversation When I went to close on my house he had put a lien on it, which held up the sale (after he told me that wouldn't happen). Interesting how my balance due to that office increased by $2,000 (supposedly fees) and I was TOTALLY unaware of this because no bill was ever received. This office is the most CROOKED operation I have ever heard of. Do NOT, NOT, NOT do business with this place. Idk how they haven't been disbarred yet.

Jeremy is a very competent and professional attorney, who will always be direct, honest, and respectful for his clients needs. Thus far, Jeremy has directly represented me twice, as well as my family indirectly within his firm. In my cases, he first helped me establish a co-parenting plan within state early on in my sons first year, and most recently help me through a relocation and long distant plan during my move to California. In both cases, despite the antics and games played by the opposing party, I have been extremely satisfied with the results he earned. Amid the unmerited attempts to take custody of my son, seek money from my household, and even change the physical appearance of my son, Jeremy always came out on top. As a mother, I often found hearing the lies brought against me unbearable, and Jeremy's knowledge of the process, the law, my case, and my overall sentiment prevented me from having to attend most of the court hearings, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to represent myself and ensure the goals achieved were in driven by my son's best interest, despite the often shameful win-driven tactics by the opposing counsel team (yes, Jeremy was up against a team of attorneys!). Jeremy was still able to seamlessly accomplish our goal of being able to relocate and establish a long distance parenting plan which was best for my sons developmental process. Jeremy will always tell you his honest opinion, and because of this, he establishes strong bonds and trust with his clients. There will always be cheaper attorneys out there, but Jeremy is also phenomenal about checking the line of sight for a plan, and giving you his realist opinion on the cost-effective nature of acting on the plan. His cost-conscious and thorough knowledge of the law negate any concern about his fees. I cannot thank Jeremy and his staff enough for all of the work that they have put into my case. Their professionalism is next level, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to achieve favorable results.

Stay away from this !! They took my money retainer fee just to modify a parenting plan. Spoke to the lawyer just once in 4 months , I'd call to know where my case status was at cause I'd never hear anything back from them amd each time I'd call they wld discount tell it for to 0 balance !! They never modified any parenting plan for me ! They are a joke , they don't answer any calls , if u turn in paperwork they don't get back to u amd see what they need or any feedback from them. After my money was depleted they wanted another retainer fee of 3,500.00 ! Stay away amd do research before getting any lawyer .
