Cait earnest was my lawyer and she was just amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone needing a defense attorney.
I was being charged for theft of my own puppy, that I was 100% the owner of and my charges were dismissed. Officer Voelker, abused his authority to arrest me in the case because there are many clearly established law dating way back in time that express where there's a property dispute - there is no rise to jurisdiction to make an arrest, it is only for a judge and/or a jury to make that call of who owns property and that has the authority to make those sort of decision. I'm filing a 1983 for his malicious prosecution. If we stand by an let zealous cops break the very laws they swore to protect than he will be free to injure another persons rights and It's our moral and civil duty to act as a private citizens, (to act as a prosecutor would) and hold him accountable for his wrongs to discourage bad policing behaviors so they will stop depriving citizens of their Constitutional Rights, as mine were! Really who polices the police and the laws they break? We the people do! Grimm law group did help me to get the criminal part to end on good terms. I just wish they could represent me in the Section 1983 Suit as well! Thanks guys for all you do for all of us! A++ because I know how hard you work with having such caseloads , public defenders are in crisis you still make sure to represent us on top tier and I appreciate your support in legal matters. Bless you and the work you do! They should have a black and white heart award for you!
Was appointed Mary through this law group for a dws case. I called their office the following day and they took down my info and said my attorney would get back to me as soon as they can. As my court date approached I made several calls and left voicemails but got nothing back. When the day of my court hearing came I called the office yet again and Jennifer answered the phone. After explaining the situation she told me I have never called them I had never left any voicemails that I hadn't been calling them at all. Jennifer informed me that the judge and court would be notified that I had not made any attempt to contact their office all the while knowing full well that this particular judge makes threats to jail anyone who fails to contact their attorney before the 2nd court date. Jennifer's message was intended to be a passive threat and I received it as such. After this I called her out on the rudeness and unprofessionalism in a very calm collected tone. Not once was I rude not once did I say anything impolite. When I asked why my attorney had not returned my calls or reached out Jennifer explained that my attorney was too busy and their office did not chase clients. From that I'm confused because if my attorney is too busy to call me how is my attorney going to answer my calls?? When I expressed my other attorney on another matter was able to more effectively communicate with me despite also having a large caseload she exclaimed "Good for her!" Also as I expected to save face Jennifer fired off an email stating that I had made the phone call and was extremely rude. The only one rude, impolite, unprofessional, and threatening was Jennifer for the Grimm law group. How I could proceed with my case being represented by people who seemed more bent on me going to jail and looking bad before the court is absolutely not what I want. I was luckily able to dodge this whole law group and got reassigned with a different law group. I can't really comment on the attorneys at Grimm because I'm not sure I ever spoke to one. I spoke with Jennifer however and if they're anything like her than I'm glad I was reappointed. Good luck with your cases everyone.
My case is still ongoing! So far I'd give them 4 stars! Seems like they know what they are doing! Quincy Frazier seems like a good lawyer to have on your side! Jeniffer has been nothing but helpful! I wish I could be more in contact is my only issue, but understandable, I'm sure they have alot on their plate! Let's hope for the best! You shouldn't be disappointed with Grimm Law group!!!
I ended up in an unfortunate position that was beyond my ability to correct. Fortunately, I found Grimm Law Group and they assisted with the situation. I was kept up to date on everything that happened throughout the process and things eventually reached a much more favorable conclusion.
