I was referred to Lacey Law Group after a less than desirable experience at another firm. What a significant difference! I found a team at Lacey Law that listened to me in addition to being available to answer questions that arose during the process of preparing my will and estate documents. I am resting easier now knowing that my wishes are accurately represented for my executor and heirs. Also this was the first time a TODD was explained to me and offered as an option. I certainly recommend Lacey Law and attorney Zack Hofstad.

Zack Hofstad has been my family's attorney for years. His work in representing my son has been outstanding. He is upfront and honest, never feeding you full of unwarranted hope just to get your business, which is very appreciated. He is an attorney who actually seems to care about his clients and works for them and not just for the money. I have never hired an attorney that I trust more than him. He's the best of the best!

Incompetant, frustratingly slow, and poor communication. ZH and JF responded to my review unfortunately they have not followed up on the probate matters that caused my poor review in the first place. It has been a month since my review and they don't return calls. My earlier review was as follows: I have watched with disbelief how Lacey firm has first bungled and then dragged their feet on a simple estate probate case my husband entrusted them with. My husband Stuart BW, is too mild mannered to hire another lawyer to sue Lacey Group for having filed the paperwork under the wrong name and all the other bungles that have dragged this case on much longer than it should have. Don't entrust your business to this group until they get their act together. We feel screwed by their lack of responsiveness.

I needed to update my will and health care power of attorney due to changes in my living situation. I found that Mr. Hofstad and his staff were very helpful from my first consultation through completion. They were prompt and efficiently completed the modifications within my budget and timeline. I would recommend them for estate planning question or legal advice regarding wills or trusts.

Zach Hofstad is a top notch trustworthy criminal attorney. I spent 15 years in the Army in a combat role - special forces - trust, honor and communication is crucial for me.
