Terrible experience. I called to ask a simple question about an IRS balance under $10,000 and the front desk guy, Don, was unbelievably rude. He talked over me, told me they "only help people who owe more than $50,000," and then actually hung up on me, while I was asking if he can potentially recommend a firm that would help us out. I was polite the entire time and just trying to get some clarity. Super unprofessional and disrespectful -- I'd definitely look elsewhere if you want to be treated with basic courtesy.
